Location so close to Israel, the Old City, and a tram station line#1. Also, close to the tourist spots.
Wi-Fi connection was slow.

Wifi was reliable and didn't require constant login. The room size was reasonable, and the shared balcony on the third floor was a nice addition. The staff was accommodating, providing a meeting room for our group. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city.
The room had a dated feel and occasionally smelled of smoke. The beds were thin and not very comfortable for a good night's sleep.

The place was really clean, with great staff, and had amenities like a minibar, central heating, and a writing table in the room; the receptionist was very helpful, and there is private parking available onsite.

As young people, we loved the nostalgic and old-style decor of the rooms. the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. the hotel staff, led by Armenian hosts with Palestinian personnel, were incredibly friendly and always available to provide helpful information and assistance. the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and we especially enjoyed the conveyor toaster bread. the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to public transportation, a short walk to the old city, and near other hotels in the area. We appreciated the convenience of being able to print our boarding passes at the reception.
Felt very at home, no complaints.
